HOW IT STARTED

I started Kairos HR for one simple reason...

It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s 100% mine. And that makes YOUR life a whole lot easier.

Helping businesses with their Human Resources is my bread and butter, whether it’s a full overhaul or simple tweaks to the way things are done. It’s practical work with tangible outcomes for your culture and performance, not only giving you a high functioning and performing team, but more time to work alongside them, not on them. I love that I get to watch businesses thrive because together we’ve built great leaders and future focussed HR practices. I’m genuinely a HR nerd.

Working in QSR, financial services, accounting & NFPs, with 5 years at one of Australia's largest charities.

When I’m not in the office for HR consultancy, this little blue-eyed mini me is usually keeping me on my toes.

Outside of work in Brisbane as an (excellent) HR Consultant, I’m a mother and wife, big fan of Friends, and I am the first to jump at the chance for a camping trip or thrill seeking ride.

  3. I’m an avid camper - I received my Queen Scout Award as a kid.

  4. I like to work fast, and am very detail oriented.

  5. I love travel and trying new things - my favourite destinations (so far) are Jaisalmer, India and Paris, France.
